i have visited the endyn website and indeed there are some helpfull articles, i allready decided that i'm going to blueprint my bottom end.

within a few weeks the first pictures will be posted :P

my head is all ready ported and gasketmached all i have to do in the IM, the valve's are regrinded with another angle, but not a 3/5 angle valvejob and the exhaust valves are grinded with a "v" shaped profile( it has a name but i dont remeber right now), that is for preventing exhaust gass...

my current head is al ready milled so i have one spare, the one coming of this "new" engine.

iff u guys have any tips or great ideas i will concider to try them :P

Finaly last week i have bought a pretty damn good engine a D14a4 engine. i have bought this engine with a specific reason: the engine i'm running now is using 3 litres oil a month. damn........................ that is pretty much... i have checked the overall compression loss and it was a surpriding...

i dont know this for sure but i believe eCtune has a fuction u can adjust conditions when A/C is activated.... but why use A/C it only costs hp and a lot of it :P

15% hp loss when A/C is activated or something i believe

iff your iddle goes up en down you have to concider to clean your IACV (that was my problem when my ECU gives code 14). but after that my idle problem was not over.... after 2 days of thinking and trying i found the problem, i have used the wrong gasket for the throttlebody, i have used my old gaske...

but the dragstrip was slippery because of the wet and burned rubber so the start was a bit sloppy, every time, and not to mension that my pistonrings are retired. :P


and not to mension the driver, your reference is based on theorie, ideal conditions or atleast with skilled driver....

uhhuh if u want even more power u can better get another engine my 1.4 project is nice to spend my time but at a certain time u want more..:P with this engine (with wasted pistonrings) my time at the 1/4 mile was 17,1 sec. not that fast but stil 1,5 sec faster compared to a stock engine and 1,5 sec ...

i have been reading some books and they tell me that honda engines built for racing last longer when there are stock rods installed, instead of reinforced or heat treated rods. forged rods are to expensive for my goals. :P
