Re: LPG
To answer your questions in order: Yes I'm still alive & well but right now we are flat out in the gas biz. Too busy to eat regularly never mind post! Yes you are making perfect sense. The energy required to to turn liquid propane into a gas is absorbed from its surroundings, producing a signifi...

Re: Redline it everyday ?
I use my Honda most days and between it and my Mazda cover maybe 1,000 miles per week. I work them hard and usually at the top of the power band, both cars are approaching 200,000 miles. So yes don't hesitate to put your foot on the loud pedal.

Re: Emmision troubles
Hi Joris, this is making my head rattle as well. Not something I've seen before. The compressions are within spec., the fuelling is checked out and I assume the exhaust is fine. Radical diagnostics looks like the the path to follow but if you don't have a gas analyser of your own it will be expensiv...

Re: LPG
Pay close attention this may save you a lot of money. This install is on my daily driver a Mazda 626. It has the FS 2.0 DOHC motor with 180,000m already, most of those on the existing closed loop LPG system. I've done the manifold work with the manifold still in place. Frowned upon because it puts s...

Hi Tom. How's the project coming on? Your last posts described a possible head/gasket problem, is it sorted?

Re: LPG
Hi Guys. I've completed the install on the Mazda and have the photos and blurb, but I'm having problems uploading the photos. Can you do your magic Mr Dodo? I've just acquired a similar kit for my Civic, watch this space for developments.

Re: NOS projects
Hi guys, word of warning on NOS. Whilst those addicted to it will tell you that it is safe because it does not burn always remember that it is one hell of an excelerant. The very reason why people use it is the same reason why street use is suicidal. In the event of a vehicle fire the prescence of n...

Re: LPG
Hi Guys, just managed to acquire a complete sequential injection LPG front end kit. I am going to install it on my Mazda 626 at the weekend. I'll take photos and build a thread.
