i made my own by using a alloy drinks bottle and a few brass fittings
very easy to do

fitted the exhaust today.
feels a little better like it can breathr happier.
still have a slight jerking at part throttle.
had to leave the cat in as the de cat i have has the boss in the wrong end.
going to change the lower sensor for a esi one too. see what happens with that.

its a 4 wire esi one.
1 green wire instead of the grey.

hello again! well seems to have fixed the problem as you know i changed the manifold to a 4-1 design. now i tried a ESI 02 sensor in and well........ now it doesnt give any codes and has a wave of power and mpg back :? very strange to me but has worked fine! now to change the cat and the exhaust. :D

the esi threw a code up in the 4-2-1 mani
but did feel a lot more responsive.

just a thought the orginal honda manifold which came off the car was a 4-1 manifold
the placement isnt all that far out.
can i get a heated sensor from any other honda car?
