Just bought a replica brake stopper from Tegiwa for 28pounds shipped to Greece. The people that used it say that the brake feeling has improved greatly due to the reduction of flex to the master cylinder.
Here are some pics
I also want to get one of those. I'm convinced that it makes a differance.
The force pushing the breakcilinder is big enough to give it some support.
Actualy i even want one on the EC8 for daily use.
And a 3pt. strutbar also helps to prevent the firewall to move.
Ive got one, when you think it makes a really big difference you're wrong.
it doesnt give you power like a 4pot brake caliper orsomething.... you feel the difference just a little bit when you brake really hard
also is adviced that you use steel brakelines for a better effect.
btw: your missing the red little plate thingy that makes contact with the master cilinder
I just bought this too from tegiwa ,haven't installed it yet need to repaint first.Allready decided to remove the little M8 bolt .The hole is too big for it anyway and replace that bolt with a M12 bolt that fits true there perfectly.Larger surface area spreads the load better on the master cylinder.
Another thing that worries me is this bracket gets bolted onto 1mm sheet metal
I will try to get some big washers in there to spread the load .
