If the keys is from other ecu then the will not work.
But i think you can reprogram at Honda dealer the new ecu to accept your keys.

I am talking only about obd2 ecu and cars with immobilizer.
If go from obd2 to obd1 conversion then you just cancel the immobilizer.

The immobiliser key is stored in the ECU. It reads the code from your key and only starts when it's the same. When you swap to OBD1 then there is no problem.
There is also a way to disable the immobiliser by replacing a programmed chip inside the ECU.

It is possible to have obd1 ecu and the stock immobilizer?

No. The immobilisersystem is partly integrated in the OBD2 ECU, so it can't work with a OBD1 ECU....

Here in Greece the steals of civics 92-95 happen frequently, because they are easy target without immobilizer.
Yesterday stoled one VTI, the car belonged to a friend of my cousin.

bad
but I also have not HONDA IMMO ) i have Honda and not Honda IMMO. previous owner installed it.
I think that when i install ECU OBD1, I leave the external IMMO.
