Of course you will have gain but only if you reprogramme the P28 ECU to fit the D14 needs.
The reason is that the stock p28 has rich fuel maps for D14 engine.
And if you have IM swap and Exhaust manifold 4-2-1 maybe you will see decent power gain with reprogramming the ECU.
In this forum you can see many examples.
Some of them have gain of 30-45 horsepower with adding additionally a VTEC head!!

You can see some examples of D14 engine tuning at the "The Dyno Corner".
There are also some dyno-plots and specs about the D14s to have an idea what will be your possible power gain from comparing the specs with your ones.

Without ECU tuning, stick to the original 190 cc injectors! Even with inlet manifold swaps, these normally provide enough fuel, weirdly enough... I guess MAP values are increased sufficiently for the ECU to correct fuel amount.
