Strange Sound after D16 Intake Manifold Swap

Spotted strange sound after swaping d16z6 intake mani on my d14.
What it that? Any ideas?

I can hear that valves have to be adjusted.
What strange noise do you hear?

sounds like there is a hole in each cylinder and gases coming from there. (yes, i know about the valves)

From the video I can not hear something.
Maybe somewhere you have air leak.
The candidates are the IM gasket, throttle body gasket and vacuum hoses

i have also a strange noise on my z2 after the im swap. It's a strange "clicking" sound at certain throttle while driving. rpm doesnt matter, just how far i hold the pedal. a little more or less and its gone. It's mostly when i just hold speed like 70km/h and goes like tiktiktiktiktiktiktik, can't find anything. Driving for 2 years like this now....

same here, but it is always there.
I got D15z6 IM for 4 years maybe.
Got the valves rechecked and still clicks strange.
Going for full engine rebuild now, hope that it solves !

Same sound here exactly after IM replacement. I was told this is the sound of injectors caused by improper sealing. New injector seals are suposed to solve this....Yet to try it out.

i have a clicking noise too at idle... i initiallt thought it was the injectors however it's actually the fuel filter.. if you unbolt it from the chassis, there, the sound is gone.. you can acttually feel it by touching the fuel filter

how ! cool tip. i guess many people do change filter and manifold at the same time !
why would it make such noise?
Do you use OEM or aftermarket filter?
