Interior light d14a4 watts? volts? size ?

Could someone tell me what size the little light that goes on when you open the doors is ? my light doesnt work and i lost it so i went and got another one but it was probably not the right one because after 1 day it wasnt working as well ! Could some one see how many volts /watts /size it is and tell me what is written on the original tiny little light that lets u see at night when u open ur doors LOL so i know which is the right one to buy next time.
