Since i've bought my car, i've never been able to close the drivers side door by flipping the lock switch with my fingers, it was really stiff and would only close when i used the key (Felt like i would break it if i used my fingers).

I just passed it off as a factory honda setting or whatever... but now lately, my central lock doesn't activate anymore on my passenger door. Drivers door unlocks but passenger does not. I removed the driver's side door panel and with a paper clip if i short circuit the connection the central lock actuator the passenger door does unlock, but although i can hear the drivers side door lock clicking, it does not unlock or lock.

Is my drivers side actuator (for lack of a better term) fucked? and is that problem i wrote in my first paragraph normal or a hint that it has been slowly breaking for a while?

Yes 99% the problem is the actuator.
Unfortunately you have to change it and grease everything (for example with teflon grease-spray) at door look mechanism and will be like new

Ok, im actually not too bothered about my central lock being gone, its not a big problem and can fix that whenever, but my car door is getting harder and harder to lock (harder to turn the key), starting to feel like i might break my key... If i use some grease spray will it get better?

Not sure where to spray, so if this could work someone tell me where to point

Remove the door panels and spay everywhere at door mechanisms (metal and plastic parts too).
Do it for all doors these procedure and it will be ok.
Maybe you will save the door actuator, anyway try it

if we spray the point where the key enters will it be of any good?

Yes of course
But for better results all the system have to be greased.
So don't skimp the grease put it everywhere

i tried spraying just inside the keyhole with WD40, it had no effect

the key enters smoothly, it is locking and unlocking that is really hard. I think if it was a keyhole/barrel problem it would at least let me lock my door from inside the car

yep drowned it in WD-40 and now the lock is smooth as cream, mmmm

took off only the door card and aimed the can inside the lock with a little mirror, didnt wanna remove any more than the card if i didnt have to
