Timing marks and setup on D14??

Having just done the vtec head and obd1 swap, with the car running fine(I think) i'v found myself questioning if iv set the timing right... The obd1 swap article has given me cause for concern!
Even though it feels like you'v read the info on this site a million times over, its diferent went you go to do the real thing!!
1-Crank-I used the 4th mark( TDC)-now I think the obd1 swap is saying it should of been on the approx 14 degree mark??
2-Cam-I have set it wrong(advanced a tooth)
3-dizzy is set in stock position( ie with even amount of adjustment to advance or retard)
Can somebody confirm the correct overall timing?
