no, i think no heater.
i think about Piston rings.
yesterday i order my new STD Piston Ring and new HONDA valve seals (before ELRING <- SUX! )
rebuild Cylinder Head again, i want look what problem and change piston ring... but i must wait 15day order(... 15 day without vtec, and white smoke.
PN -
13011-P04-G02 piston ring
12210-PZ1-004 valve seals intake
12211-PZ1-004 valve sealse exhaust
That does look pretty serious. Could be incorrectly fitted valve seals man, they can be tricky to remove an replace properly. Seems doubtful that it would be piston rings if there was no problem beforehand.
Good idea to order new parts, just take your time and I'm sure it will be sorted.

now beginning to repair. Replacement rings, valve stem seals - Honda. connecting rod bearings - Taiho.
and then running. how long does it go? say that RPM should be no more than 3000.
need to change oil and filter after 1000km and 2000km after another.
what do you think about this?

I believe there are guidelines about running in in the ownes manual, but yeah basically you want to keep the revs low, or at least build them up slowly. One of my friends increased by 1000 rpm every 1000 miles, if you know what I mean. Also remember to change the oil and filter more often than you would as when the engine is tight more material is loosened during running, so more shit to clog your filter.
my problem was in the next:
valve seals did not hold oil.
I made a mistake, I install them poorly. I just put the hand.
this is not correct. need to knock. I used a small metal hammer, and head to 10 mm (Tools).
I also installed new rings on the pistons.
now run in the new part. I go up to 3000 RPM.
Oil IDEMITSU HONDA 5w30 (semi-synthetics).
PS. a sign that the bad valve stem seals: in the morning, when u start car, smoke is black. Because overnight, the oil passes through them into the cylinder.

Good tip... ah well, means my B16B probably has piston ring issues since starting in the morning does not produce that much trouble. Its more a problem when I fully put my foot down I can get a steamy rearview...
