I think it is not suitable because of MOS2 (Molybdenum disulfide).
This thing is sticky and not suggested for high revving engine in my opinion.
If you car doesn't have any oil consumption I will suggest 5w/30 oil.
Or 5w/40 or some regular 10w/40 oil if you have some oil consumption.
The important for oil is not the brand but the regular change of oil especially for a high revving engine. For example every 5000km or 6 months, what comes first

Well about MOS2 (Molybdenum disulfide) there are many articles on the internet.
Some opinions about MOS2 in motoroil are good but still there are many opinions that don't like MOS2 in motoroil.
I think the best way is just to stay away from it.
One of opinion says that the MOS2 particles can clog the oil filter, that can have bad consequence to engine life.
So the choice is yours to use it or not.
Don't worry about flashing, there is no need.
Just change the oil filter, oil with putting one regular oil and all be fine
The important thing is to change the oil regularly and no so much the brand.
How much is the oil consumption in your civic?
