Timing Belt

It's time to replace the timing belt and tensioner for the second time. Honda manual mentions it has to be replaced every 100.000 km but just to be sure i change them every 80-85K along with the water pump.
I found this site here which has a set including genuine timing belt genuine tensioner and genuine water pump for only 100usd. In Greece i would have paid as mush only for the water pump. So it's a deal for me.
Still one question. The kit for d14a4 would be this one

But since it is not available (the timing belt) at the moment, they have recommended this one which they claim to be same

The intermediate code is different p2a vs p08 but the other numbers are the same
14400 p2a 004
14400 p08 004
So i guess they are the same right?

Do all d-series share the same timing belt and tensioner? What about the water pump? From the looks i can tell that they differ.

Hmmm... differences of the timing belts of all D-series are in the number of teeth.

D14A3/A4/Z1/Z2 + D15Z1/Z3/Z6 = 103 teeth
D16Z6 + D16Y7/Y8 = 104 teeth
D15B2/B7 = 106 teeth

So ehr if the timing belt is ment for D15Z1/Z3 or so it is fine...

Ive gotta change mine aswell i was gonna buy from that site but like you said they are out. Personally i would wait until they are back in stock unless you have a chance to compare them yourself, somehow i doubt that there is a proper returns policy at this place considering they are based in singapore!!!

Joris the belt master

D14A3/A4/Z1/Z2 + D15Z1/Z3/Z6 = 103 teeth
From the site i can see the following part number for d14a4 engine
P2A-P2J
103RU24
96-00 Honda Civic VTi Vi Mi ML SOHC & SOHC VTEC D13B D14A4 D15B D15Z4 D15Z5 D15Z6 D15Z9 3-stage VTEC D15B D15Z7 T

The one for d15b jdm has the same
P08
103RU24
---------------------------------------------------------
D16Z6 + D16Y7/Y8 = 104 teeth
P2E- P2F
96-00 Honda Civic EX DX LX CX HX GX Del Sol 1.6 S SOHC Si SOHC VTEC D16Y8 D16Y7 D16Y6 D16Y5 D16Y4 D16Y1 D16B1 D16B5
---------------------------------------------------
D15B2/B7 = 106 teeth
PM3
106RU24
The last is very interesting as it includes 88-95 Honda Civic CRX DX LX CX Std. HF SOHC D13B D13B1 D13B2 D14A1 D15B D15B1 D15B2 D15B6 D15B7 D15B8 D15Z8

So the guy from Singapore is right. I am going to purchase it.
Do you know if there is any difference in tensioners and water pumps? Are they all the same?

I would take the tensioner and pump for the P2A and the belt from the P08.I wouldn't use that pump and tensioner from the P08.

D14A3/A4 and D16Y7 engine blocks are the same except for the D14 using different internals. That's something i learned true the years of playing with all the parts. Both the A3/A4 and the Y7 share the same P2A code ;)

So could you take a D14 block, fit d16y7 internals(crank, rods, etc), to increase displacement?
