Hi friends, im new on the ej9 side, i want to now what times are you having with yours ej9??

Im ready to do the first mods to my car but i whant to have an idea

my first mods d16y8 im, thermal gasket, short ram intake, 4-2-1 header and 2 1/2 inch exhaust.
what can i expect?? can i win to ej1?? ej8?? civics coupe with stock d16z6, d16y8??

winning a d16z6 eg is tough due to many reasons. Firstly the lack of torque of a d14, then the lower weight of an eg chassis and finally the better gear ratios.

on this days, im looking for replace directly my ej9 for an ek4, buttt today i do some races between my ej9 and a ej1 (civic coupe 92 d16z6 engine 100% stock) of a friend, im very happy with the result 0-140 km/h side to side, maybe with im of d16y8 (i have it) and 4-2-1 header i can win him
