So it has the d14a4 ECU? I can't remember of the top of my head which ecu corresponds to engine.
1996 EJ9 Civic
1998 BB8 Prelude Motegi VTi
1998, B16A2 EK4 Civic VTi

Aims:
EJ9 - Now my GF's car.
BB8 - Rebuild after crash damage to front end.
EK4 - Daily driver. Strip and track prep once prelude project complete

I checked the gasket is the big one.
There is a huge confusion with the horsepower of D14A3, the most people know that this engine has 75hp but there was also 90hp edition too.
Also only in few aftermarket parts catalogue are written D14A3 with 90hp, the most write 75hp.
how can you tell it's the 90 version? Maybe the german owner removed the gasket and here you are. It's very widespread in German. Since it says d14a3 it can only be 75hp stock

It can't be changed because at the throttle bolts that hold the gasket, is the original yellow paint.
If the bolts once removed then the paint will crack and you can recognize the removed throttle=changed gasket.
