Its higher/lower depending on drivers age, number of acidents, car's power/displacement, but it goes around that value.

England is really a joke for insurance... still, mine is in my mothers name.
Otherwise i would pay 300eur. Sorry for those who are being robbed. Cheers

I had this information about England from Top Gear
Then i realised that for a young driver some cars might be ridiculously cheap, but with outrageous insurance fees it's almost the same, or even more expensive to own a car.

You literally have to lie about everything to get cheapish insurance in england i didnt so thats why mine is so high. But im going to have to or no D14 tuning for me....

I just saw the Top Gear eposide where they tried to buy and insure a car imposting they were 17 year olds with a budget of 2500 pound. FAIL. Some insurances went as high as 8000 pound, being 15 times the price of the car itself...

Can't say insurance is easy in the Netherlands (and I have had a whole lot of trouble insuring my track car since I was stupid enough to mention it was a track car at one point). But right now I have the EJ9 all risk insured for ~400 euro with 3 years no damage. The EJ1 is insured for approximatly 380 for theft and storm damage etc. But I lost a year damage free on that one . I crashed the EJ1 this year into a traffic light (first accident ever in 9 years, but before insurance was on my parents as well ). Strangly enough they did not penalty the EJ9's insurance, happy with that.

In top gear I saw how they wants to insurance a Bugatti Veiron... Thats fail because insurancers can't find that car in catalogues they answered "is that Fiat?" and Clarkson startet to laugh!

Anyway in Latvija for year I payd 43 Ls thats about 65 Euros for a year!
