If your just swapping the inlet manifolds then keep your D14 TB, fuel rail and ECU. You will just need a need TB and IM gasket for fitting. You only need to change ECU, Injectors, etc if you are doing the OBD1 swap. You will need the RACV on the D14 TB, but keep the IACV that is on the D16 IM and just cover the holes.

Most of the hoses should fit, you should be able to find where they all go pretty easily. Just use what ever hose is long enough/right size.

Fuel rail I disagree, D14 fuel rail can be made fit, but D16Z6 is safer to use IMHO.

IACV does not have to be covered: I did this in the past, but I could have put the IACV just on it... as long as the IACV is disconnected it will be closed! (You actually tune idle rpm doing this normally).

But what with the issue of injectors? Are D16 injectors not 240cc with D14 being 190cc??

Yup that's right, but that does not affect the fuel rail, dimensions of both types of injectors are the same, its just the connector which differs.
