continue work... today litle cold +15c and wind, hard to solder wire, very slow.
already instaled IM, CHead D16Z6, install Injectors, and all sensor. tomorow i planing finish it)

what result with stock P28 programm and 240CC ? very rich mix?

Did you solve the problem with autogearbox wires matching them with P28 ecu?

almost finished, it remains to wire the injectors (only the common yellow food). and 9 wires for Dizzy. ended solder))) tomorrow will find a little more.

spent on the wire as VTEC solenoid and VTEC oil sensor.

Maybe the vtec valve doesn't have yet oil inside or maybe it is broken.
Better to assembly all the parts and connect the wires then you will see I think what is the problem
After finishing give a nice wash Ilya to the engine bay for decent look :P

I FINISHED...

yeah i finished, and i start engine, and i use chiped ECU... and my AT GearBox work corectly (i think)
1. P/N - start enable
2. R - Reverse work
3. D3 and D4 work, maybe i reconect D3 and D4 but it no problem
4. 1 and 2 - low drive, corectly

...NO problem

1. grey smoke maybe white.
[SOLVED]not good fuel map, just setup it

2. first cylinder haven't gas, i don't what trouble.... connector have impulse from ECU (it ok). i check all injector for resistance (12.5 Ohm) all jets ok. but first jet doesn't take gasoline(
[SOLVED]just cleaned the nozzle, 12v + CarbCleaner ;)

3.Check Engine when i start, in memory only ERROR 41 (heater lambda)
[SOLVED] by patch BIN file with CROME

4. Tachometer - Not WORK! what about IGR?
[SOLVED]Connect IGR to old IGR wire on old dizzy connector


5. ERROR 22 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch
[SOLVED]delete after first start, oil must be contact with switch

Congratulations man!!! ;) :P
You did the most difficult conversion and all with your work and knowledge!

Now about the injector.
Maybe it has problem put one from another cylinder to check if it really has the problem or is something wrong with the loom
