Car dont start [solved]

Hello Gentlemens

one my friend have problem with start up car. when he turn key engine not start. he say fuel pump don't work too.

radio, light, heater, dashboard - all work.
but starter (hi will try another too) dont start.

i say him do diagnostic with SCS MIL light - Check Engine. waiting result.

what u think about it?

MIL is only needed when an error signal is given, no MIL warning, no error code stored in ECU.

Sometimes the wires to the fuel pump can go bad... have heard stories of that a little. Another thing, can the fuel relay be broken? Is the key recognition light working normal (IMO)?

SOLVED
My friend resolder the ends of the main relay.
as he have burned fuse's 4 or 5.

all is well, false alarm
