When driving easy I have to fill 1 liter on 5000 km. Is not terribly bad I think. On the track I need to fill 1 liter after 2 hours of driving WOT. Still not very bad...

Smoke comes only when in VTEC, especially very close near 9000 rpm and after a small period of high rev vacuum (when shifting or engine braking) I can get a very big puff. Big enough to make the person behind me use the windscreen wipers. Though that particular event was right after a headgasket swap with my girl driving behind me
