It's made for N/A, but as you can see...on a stock D14, a turbo already makes around 180hp on 6psi...so we expect at least the same on my setup with max 4-5psi pressure.

The most important thing for my cam is the duration because the itb's (martin told me).

Here are the stock D14A4 Cam specs ,i got them from Bisimoto so these are correct.

Your cam was:
0.296" Intake lift, adv dur 224, at 0.040" 196
0.290 Exh lift, adv dur 226, at 0.040" 192

indeed, so is it worth paying the money for a regrind cam or are the OEM cams suitable for small gains??

Non vtec regrinds aren't that expensive.A sohc vtec cam is way more expensive.Plus a level 1 or a level 2 regrind cost the same ;) I think it's def. worth the money.

D14A4-D16A6 cam or D16Y7 cam?

i've herd from friends that installing D16A6 cam into my had is good swap for litlle more power,some other friends said that the plase for the cam into the haf are different. Any coments? Which cam will give me a litlle more power ?

P.P. What about D16Y7 cam,in second? :roll:
