my car is booked on the 9th of November to get a "full suspension geometry setup" and also getting my control arms fitted. should be handling like a dream!

This is the Eg/mb/ma/ style front lower control arms.

Please verify that.

Also the USDM civics have that control arms excluding the 99-00 SI

Some dimensions of the spring:

1. Spring outer diameter i.e. the diameter of the outer circumference of the spring when looking in plan (2D) view.
2. Spring coil diameter i.e. of each individual coil.
3. Number of turns of the spring i.e. how many full coils are the in the spring

Note that I cannot accept measurements from progressive springs since they have varying spring stiffness.

Picture on left is view from front of vehicle of the suspension. View on right is view from roof of the vehicle ("birds eye view") of the ARB.

A - Ball joint to lower wishbone inboard (LWB) bush
B - spring/damper mount to LWB inboard bush
C - ARB mount to LWB inboard bush
D - ARB LWB mount seperation distance
E - ARB subframe chassis mount seperation distance
F - ARB wishbone "short" length
G - ARB wishbone "twish length"

Couldnt think of better names for some of them ;p
