Can i drive with a P06 Stock ?

Hi guys,

My setup :

EJ9 D14A4
D16Z6 IM + IACV
240cc injectors
ek3 Dizzy
ek3 harness
P06 ecu

The obd1 swap was recently done and the car start.
I just need to ajust the ignition with a strombo gun (I'm waiting to receive it)

I wonder if after setting the correct ignition timing, i could drive without tune the P06 map ?
Or it is too dangerous for the motor ?

the correct way is always when u change something from a muffler to a filter , is to ecu tune it !!! now put some things and run another's car ecu that is tuned to run with specific fuel /air/exhaust/combust stuff is silly it will run yeah , but u ll cause damage to all of the above stuff in the future !!!
