Thermal intake gasket opinion

Im looking to do the im swap to my d14a4, already have a d16y8 im and im in the process of purchase of all the parts.

So whats your opinion for the intake thermal gasket?? some hp gain?? or a whaste of money

Since you will swap the manifold go for it. Don't expect something major though, only some lower intake temperatures
