Driver's side axle bushing failure

Maybe different factory axles? :roll: This bushing actually serves as a balancer. So the position must serve a balancing purpose and it has to be specific.
Do you thing it has to do whether it is a hatch or sedan? Furthermore i have been told that many jdm d-series civics came without that bushing..

Measure the thickness of the axle and confirm they are indeed D14 axles.
D14 axles are 22mm thick ,D16 are 25mm.
