Go to Danelatos and tell him that you are from Redliners. I paid 200e for 2 resonators and 50mm tube from the catalyst and back.BETEK wrote:How much will cost a custom exhaust?
Re: General discussion about exhauts
Thanks for advise saxophonias but I am not from Athens.
I am wondering if the stock Integra Type R exhaust pipes suits to civic Ej9 and what is the diameter of pipes.
I'm no hurry to replace the exhaust pipes until find the suitable for Ej9 (that gives power) with the less money because of the low budget

Re: General discussion about exhauts
how much can you pay? Danelatos can ship all over Greece i guess. It's hard to find dc2 exhaust and if you do, some welding is going to be needed for sure. It might be rusty as well.
Re: General discussion about exhauts
I can afford until 120-140euros.
I am looking for imitation new DC2 exhaust pipes from catalyst until the muffler. I am not sure but I think that DC2 pipe is 57mm inner diameter.
I think that the car will gain some power with bigger diameter at exhaust pipes.

I like it too , the sound is amazing and quite unique (but loud).
You should search for some S2000 sound clips from the j's 70RR exhaust insane

Quote from Endyn:"The combustion chamber is a better shape than the DOHC.So don't chunk those 1.6 SOHC engines, they can make really good power. For a pure performance application, regardless of application, I'd choose the SOHC. No bull!"
