eCtune vs hondata S300

what you think is the best solution? ectune or an hodata s300?

for that i see until now the s300 looks more user friendly...

Both are very good and similar .Most important thing is the tuner himself.
If you can find a tuner that can tune with hondate or ectune in a proper way go with that. I'm using Ectune myself .

I know that are very similar, what I want to know is if are some notorious differences between this 2 ecus.

I think they both have the same features ,there are some people around here that know more of that in detail.

eCtune... ;)

Why? Because it's allot cheaper and really user friendly. Hondata is also user friendly, but cost allot more for just the same product.

hondata= 400€ hardware more 100€ for a used ecu

eCtune= 200€? for software, 250€? for osthrich? plus used ecu???

Afaik A hondata S300 = $495 Around here they charge 500-600euro.
And Ectune is 300€

The do the same, cost the same?

I prefer eCtune. Why? because I have a tuner license :P

I can imagine that someone would choose for Hondata.
However for a D14... Not much knowledge by Hondata I guess?
ECtune is used many times for D14 tuning.

Hondata is interesting when you want to tune you car by yourself.
Hondata "steals" new ideas from eCtune, Crome and Neptune. And they "steal" it from Hondata. :lol:
