Re: Timing Belt
You might , but keep in mind a D14 crank is totally different from a y7 crank.D14 has smaller bearings ,y7 has bigger ones.So it isn't plug & play, you need to alter you crank girdle and line bore it again ect...You're better off buying a y7 block , it's a lot cheaper .

Re: Timing Belt
Neh deckheight is lower for the D14, giving you incredible high CR or even no turning piston. Probably piston hits the head...
Re: Timing Belt
Oh that makes alot of mess.

From now on you are 'D' squad. 'D' for dirtbags...

Re: Timing Belt
The d14 crankshaft main bearing sizes and deck heights are different than d16s but are the same with d15s. So you can use d15 internals. d16 internals require massive machinig to fit and then the deck height would be a problem

Re: Timing Belt
103 it is. Since the distances at which the gears are placed from each other do not change with respect to stoeck D14.

Re: Timing Belt
103 teeth, which is original since camshaft sits in the exact same position of the head as with the original D14 head.
