From soft stock to hardcore track, what do you use?

Only comment is that in general, the rear of the car should be at the same level or higher than the front. all cars are made that way afaik !

Seems that springs are ok.
I don't know what else can affect bad your car's suspension.
Maybe the absorbers have lower performance?

for a short time i had set it at the same height front - rear and it handled very differently. Better i thing. Too bad i didn't keep it for a long time as i had the same thing in mind like you (better to have the nose lower) and my mechanic's idea too.
As for know i thing that the front has been set a bit a lower so here lies the problem

The rear is set lower stock because of the fact when you give people a ride in you car ,the rear will drop of the added weight.
Another factor is the front will tend to lift when you accelerate hard .
With stiffer suspension and/or bushings ,strut bars your car will flex less and you need to compensate less in ride height too.

i have missed it somewhere! Maybe you mean the opposite. Do we know the height spec of ek9?

The ek9 hight clearance from ground is 135mm.
The springs rates are for front 4.3kgf/mm and rear 4.2kgf/mm
