little help (swap shorter gears or not?)

and i m looking forward for the 3.4.5 gear finally to load up as i hope
i made count and with 7200 RPM on 1st and 2nd i made it almost 100klm in 9.3 when i load the 3rd gear from 100 to 115 i made 8 seconds ((((
it sux i hope the new gears wont do this )
