When i tried to check my ECU for any errors i fried my ECU, at least the IAT resistance.
What can i have done wrong with the wiring?

to grill something like that you have to invert a signal like a 12v + or 5v+ with a ground, can you let me know the ECU number and the number printed on the board? probably i can compare it with the ecu that i have and tell you what's up
As far as i can see, it's printed Q31, then Q is not a resistor, i'ts a transistor, then very sesitive to the input it is supossed to get.

If I google on it, it seems like a problem with IAT and PCS.
Please check if those connections are OK and also check the IAT resistance, it might be broken now..

- The PCS and IAT are connected with each other.
- Because i switched the PCS with the ECT its possible that that is the cause for the fried Q31 transistor.
- If i dont connect the PCS there will be no problem.
- The IAT sensor should be good then.
- I better should replace the resistor Q31 and the others around Q31.

So what i can make up about is:That's Q31, a quick search will tell you what's wrong and how to fix it.
(EVAP purge solenoid and IAT are switched, likely you will have to replace the IAT)
xenocron.com sells the transistor, but it's not required if you don't care about the EVAP system.
No CEL will be set.
Also, I'd suggest replacing the two electrolytic caps close to that part also. They have been known to cause no fuel pump issues. And they're easy to replace since you're all ready in there.

yeah man, just re check your wiring before testing again, and of course replace the burned components on the ecu board
