EP1 swap K24

I have an EP1 Civic with D14 engine. And has appeared a possibility to buy the K24 Accord engine. I can`t get any information of such swap. Please, if you have any, theory, links or articles. Something. Please let me know about it.

as far as i know the ep1/2 civics have got different chassis on the engine bay making it difficult to mount even a k20 engine. So it is going to be the same as trying to fit a k20 engine
